Courtney Randall works as a programs associate managing programs related to the Connected Communities program area, focusing on virtual exchange, teacher professional development, as well as special program activities and events.
Courtney began working at QFI in 2011 as an intern and assisting the Executive Director. In 2015, she was promoted to operations associate where she assisted with managing the office. In 2016, she began working with the programs department. While working at QFI, she had the opportunity to assist with the logistics of a refugee clothing drive, which inspired her to change her major from Business Administration to Government. She admires QFI’s mission to bridge the cultural gap through education and language learning and hopes to get involved in the field of humanitarian work after graduation.
She previously studied at Prince George’s Community College for 2 years and is currently working towards receiving her bachelor’s degree in government with a minor in history at Bowie State University.
