Jessica Palmeri joined Qatar Foundation International (QFI) in 2025 as Communications Director, bringing more than two decades of experience leading strategic communications and marketing initiatives across the nonprofit, education, and health sectors. In this role, Jessica oversees QFI’s communications strategy, working to elevate the organization’s mission and grow the community of educators and learners with access to Arabic language learning.
Before joining QFI, Jessica served as National Director of Marketing and Communications at the Spina Bifida Association of America, where she led integrated campaigns that increased visibility, strengthened community engagement, and supported fundraising and advocacy efforts. Her career also includes senior leadership roles at The Summit School, the Maryland Chamber of Commerce, and the National Investment Center, where she consistently delivered measurable growth in brand awareness, stakeholder engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Known for her ability to distill complex ideas into accessible narratives, Jessica has built and led high-performing teams, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and developed communications infrastructures that support long-term success.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences from the University of Connecticut. She is passionate about advancing QFI’s mission and is committed to amplifying the organization’s impact.
