Teacher Professional Development grants provide support for primary and secondary teachers of all subjects to participate in local professional development events that enhance their ability to teach the Arabic language and/or about the Arab world.

Classroom Enrichment Grants help educators purchase resources and materials that supplement their teaching of the Arabic language and Arab world. Teachers may also apply for this grant to support outreach and engagement events to help activate and motivate Arabic language learning.

Arabic Teacher Training Certification Awards provide support to prospective certified teachers of Arabic in primary and/or secondary (K-12) public/state-funded schools. It is designed to help develop an increasing pool of certified teachers of Arabic with a professional teaching background in public/state-funded schools in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe.

Arabic Afterschool Program Grants are awarded to a select number of out-of-school Arabic language programs for primary and secondary school students during the academic year in order to increase access to Arabic education, especially in areas where Arabic is not offered as part of the school curriculum.

Arabic Teacher Council grants are provided to local host institutions to start regional Arabic teacher councils that provide relevant training and networking opportunities for Arabic teachers.

The Arabic Speaking Competition is designed to boost student engagement and skill development in Arabic language learning. This year's competition aims to drive student registrations and video submissions and is open to secondary -school-aged Arabic students in schools in Canada, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, the UK, and the US.
