Uncovering needs of Arabic teachers in Sweden

A survey was administered to mother-tongue Arabic teachers in Sweden to uncover key challenges and identify needs in their work, with a focus on teaching materials.

In 2021, Fenix Publishing House (Fenixförlag) and Qatar Foundation International (QFI) launched a survey questionnaire to teachers of Arabic as Mother tongue in grades 1-9. The main purpose of the survey was to become more informed regarding the needs and challenges that Arabic teachers face in their work in Swedish municipalities and schools.
